NYU Langone Health is one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers. As the healthcare industry has grown and evolved over the years, NYU’s leadership team has been at the forefront of campus transformation and bringing high quality ambulatory services to the community. Adco has completed dozens of projects for NYU Langone. Herein we are featuring the recently completed first phase of the NYU Langone Ambulatory Care Center East 53rd Street.
This facility is a multi-specialty Outpatient Care Center for Women’s Health & Wellness. The project includes clinical floors, patient exam rooms, and state of the art procedure suites.
The design team included Ballinger, providing architectural services, and Jaros Baum & Bolles (JB&B) providing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design. Adco was a trade partner to Tishman-AECOM, a premier construction management firm that understands the complexity of healthcare projects. Adco provided electrical infrastructure and distribution, lighting and lighting control systems, as well as specialized systems to support the latest in healthcare technology.
