LBrands

LBrands, the parent company of Victoria's Secret, Pink, and Bath & Body Works, relocated to 55 Water Street, a new hub for the industry. Joining the increasing trend of Fashion and Beauty firms relocating to New York City’s Financial District (FIDI), the space was ultimately occupied by the Victoria Secret (VS&A) spinoff.  55 Water Street, one of the largest office towers, is an Amenity-rich and millennial friendly environment, geared to the next generation workforce. 

The project Strategy, Design and Construction was spearheaded by Unispace, a firm uniquely suited to the brand, as well as AKF Engineering and Severud Associates.   LBrands selected this uniquely well positioned location for the 120,000 Sqft Corporate headquarters. This includes new product development and new product production areas. Adco provided installation for all power, electrical infrastructure, distribution, lighting and low voltage systems.
