 Deutsche Bank’s new headquarters design strategy is described by Gensler, the esteemed architectural firm, as one that brings people and technology together.  Working as a trade partner for Structure Tone, a leading Interiors company in the sector, the project called for state of the art Workplace and cutting edge Amenities. With a LEED Gold certification in focus, among the sustainable features were a reduced lighting power density and smart building network.

The project was deemed essential during the COVID-19 pandemic, requiring compliance with a host of new OSHA and NYC Department of Building mandates.   

This spectacular space included all of the newest lighting and automation systems. Working with the team, we completed all electrical infrastructure, distribution, lighting, audio/video design-assist, and integration services of all amenities spaces including Chef’s Kitchen, Food Distribution, coffee and food kiosks, dining room and cafes, executive offices, the board room, meeting rooms, multipurpose space and wellness facility.  What a spectacular environment in which to bring people and technology together!
